Initial Consultation
This complimentary one hour phone or video consultation is an opportunity for parents to share their birth goals, ask questions, discuss their ideal birth experience, and learn more about my approach to doula support. Most importantly, it gives us the opportunity to connect and determine whether I'm the right doula to support you and your family throughout your birth journey.
Birth Doula Package- $1200
My comprehensive birth doula package is designed to provide consistent, personalized support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum period.
Package Includes:

Two in-home, non-medical prenatal visits to discuss your birth preferences, prepare for labor, and address questions or concerns.

24/7 phone and text support beginning at 36 weeks for guidance, reassurance, and support as you approach your due date.

Continuous labor and birth support, including comfort measures, emotional support, advocacy, and partner support.

One in home postpartum check in following birth to provide non-medical postpartum and breastfeeding support and help with home transition.
Payment and booking: A $200 non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to reserve your due date and secure doula services. The retainer is applied toward the total package cost, leaving a remaining balance of $1,000. The remaining balance may be paid in installments; however, the full balance must be paid no later than 35 weeks of pregnancy. If the full balance is not paid by 35 weeks, I am not obligated to remain on call or attend the birth until the account is brought current.

Postpartum Aftercare- $45/hour
The postpartum period is a time for healing, bonding, and adjusting to life with your new baby. My postpartum aftercare services are designed to give new parents the time, rest, and support they need during those early days and weeks.
Services may include light household tasks, errands, newborn support, and other non-medical assistance tailored to your family's needs. Whether you need time to shower, take a nap, catch up on household responsibilities, or simply enjoy uninterrupted bonding time with your partner while knowing your baby is safe and cared for nearby, I'm here to help make your transition into parenthood a little easier.
*Please note: Postpartum aftercare is intended to support the birthing parent and newborn. I do not provide babysitting or childcare services for siblings. The birthing parent must be present during all postpartum aftercare sessions.
*Postpartum aftercare sessions are $45 per hour and must be scheduled and paid for in full at least 24 hours in advance*
